Holiday Advent Activities Mobile

This year instead of giving advent gifts, make memories! It's a great way to celebrate the joy of the season all month long without spending a ton of money and it'll help your family bond over the holidays!
I received product in exchange for this post, the opinions expressed are my own.

Everyone knows one of the best ways to extend the spirit of the holidays is to create an advent. This year instead of giving tokens or sweets (in the past we've even gifted books) we're going to save a few bucks and create some memories! With PSA Essentials Stamps and this handy list of activities we created a Holiday Advent Activities Mobile.

To make a mobile of your own you'll need:

PSA Essentials Stamper
Christmas Red and White Ink Refills
PSA Peel & Stick Romance Alphabet Dies
baker's twine
glitter paper (we used glitter tags by Cor'dinations)
wooden or embroidery hoop

You can see in the photo about it was as easy as stamping our tags; I let the kids do this part and they had fun mixing the colors up.

Tying the tags onto lengths of the twine, ours were about 20 inches long, and don't worry you don't have to space them out perfectly. It actually looks better if you keep a random pattern.

Then we tied our tag strings onto the hoop, followed by two more lengths of string (tied in the middle) to create a hanger.

We hung our advent calendar on an old birdcage stand, but you could also hang it on the wall or in a windowsill.

What kind of memories do you plan on making this year?
