Big thanks to Build & Imagine for providing the product featured in this review. As always the opinions expressed are my own.
Tomorrow, as we pack away the leftovers and cut ourselves one more slice of pie, many of us will turn our thoughts to the next big holiday on the calendar, Christmas.
I love the idea of shopping for Christmas throughout the year but then again, getting great Black Friday deals and heading to the stores where the holiday music is playing and everything is decorated gets me in the spirit! Plus, now is when you get to hear all about the must-have toys of the year, and I'm so happy to be able to share a little about one such toy with you today.
This isn't a toy you're going to hear about on all the news programs, and it's not in all the chain retailers either, at least not yet. But take note, Build & Imagine are winning over the toy industry!
Headed up by mompreneur Laurie Peterson, Build & Imagine is up for 2 Toy of the Year Awards, Their Malia's House (featured here) is a finalist for "Rookie of the Year," and their Marine Rescue Center is up for "Building Toy of the Year."
Let me tell you a little more about the actual toys themselves.
Build & Imagine building sets combine the fun of a dollhouse with the benefits of a construction toy. The sets include StoryWalls that connect magnetically so kids can easily change up the layout of a house and build new worlds for endless imaginative play.
Personally, I still can't get over how awesome it is to be able to redesign your dollhouse, and there aren't any little pieces to contend with or parts that just won't fit together! Plus, with Malia's House, you also get a sheet of magnetic stickers you can use to dress your dolls OR accessorize your home.
