A Home Remedy For Frizzy Hair

My Very Educated Mother Fighting #Frizz #DIY Style

I have naturally curly hair, and though I have finally grown to love it, one thing I don’t appreciate is the frizz that comes with it. Let’s face it, frizz is something we all battle and we are always happy when we find a quick and easy home remedy that works and if we’re feeling particularly smitten with a tip we might even share it.

All you need to make this frizz fighting tool is an old t-shirt and a pair of scissors.

You know where this is going don’tcha? Yep, just cut off the sleeves. Home Remedy for Frizzy Hair

My Very Educated Mother Frizz Taming Turban
See, I jumped out of the shower and realized I had only grabbed one towel. (Don’t judge it’s my house and if I want to use two towels I can.) So instead I used my dirty t-shirt to wrap my hair up. Afterwards I went through my regular routine and noticed that my hair was a touch less frizzy. It only made sense, like a silk pillowcase, the shirt wasn’t as rough as a terry cloth towel.

I cut the sleeves off – you could keep them – because they got in the way of a good turban wrap, and started using my old, CLEAN t-shirts to wrap my hair up. Just to clarify, I put the lower hem of the shirt along the back of my neck and then twist it all up to create the turban.

Now, I’m not saying this is a frizz-ender but we can all appreciate something that helps our hair out, right?
